Former butcher’s stall, the renovations were done in 2011 in order to keep the room’s voluminous, respect the original materials with high ceilings and exposed beams.

In the 1950’s our building was a butcher shop. Renovated into Maison Blanche, we have preserved much of this authenticity by maintaining the spacious open size of the high beamed ceilings of our main room. Many of the original materials remain.​ La Maison Blanche has become Burgundy’s standard for its zen-like feel. The sleek, modern look makes your well-being our prime concern here in the center of Beaune.

Our canopied patio is full of light. It ushers you to the XVII century staircase to your room on the first or second floor.
